Error creating ftp directory

Hi - when I set my router to use my static IP WAN address the component of my software that uses chilkatftp fails giving me "Error creating ftp directory" error - if I remove static WAN IP address in the router there is no problem - but I need to use the static IP for remote desktop.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IN THE ROUTER SETTING TO FIX THIS ERROR? I HAVE ALREADY OPENED PORTS 20/21/900/911 WITHOUT ANY HELP.

This isn't really a Chilkat question, and it's impossible to give exact instructions since every router is different, but are you sure you've forwarded the ports corectly to the new static IP address? I doubt you'd need to reboot your router after changing the port forwarding config, but its worth a try.
