Hi,I want to download lib chilkat c for Visual Studio 2013, but link below is invalid. Please show for me a link can download.

The URLs you posted above are pre-release URLs, which may or may not be present. (They are generally present when responding to a problem, but may not exist forever.)

The official download URLs are at chilkatsoft.com

Browse to the site, then click on "Downloads".
Then click on "Chilkat C/C++ Libraries".
Then click on "Microsoft VC++ Library Downloads"
Then choose what you want to download...
