Question:

cannot start apps because delphi rtl160.bpl was not found

i reloaded the prelease at http://www.chilkatsoft.com/preRelease/chilkat-9.3.2-delphi.zip but still get this error on any machine without delphi installed.

Maybe the problem is within your Delphi XE2 project? See this:
