Cannot log onto forum via Chrome or Firefox in OSX

Just an FYI that I cannot log into the forum by clicking the OpenID links when using Chrome or Firefox. In order to login, I needed to paste: https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/id into the open id textbox. Also the submit button did not work (had to use the return key).
