Question:

Deploy Ftp2 to Windows XP

Dec 19 '12 at 20:38

Hi,

I am building a vb.net project on a Windows 7 (64 bit) machine that uses Ftp2. Is there something special I have to do to deploy this project to a Win XP machine? In the deployment build I get the following warning message:

"Warning: There was a mismatch between the processor architecture of the project being built "MSIL" and the processor architecture of the reference "ChilkatDotNet45", "x86". This mismatch may cause runtime failures. Please consider changing the targeted processor architecture of your project through the Configuration Manager so as to align the processor architectures between your project and references, or take a dependency on references with a processor architecture that matches the targeted processor architecture of your project."

Thanks.

Answer

This sounds like the "incorrect format" error for previous versions of Visual Studio. See this:
