Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet4.DLL' or one of its dependencies.

Hi Dear I use 'ChilkatDotNet4.DLL' for Imap and work well. but when I published in host this error appeared(my site). in the server "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package" installed.please help me how can solve this problem

I install vc++ 2010 and set that setting.and not solve
