Chilkat Zip2 User Cannot Open Temporary File

I have a customer who is getting a Cannot Open Temporary File error when zipping using the ChilkatZip2 routines. She does not have admin permissions and the currentWorkingDirectory is set to what I expect is a protected area. Is this the problem, and how might I fix it?

I believe the TempDir property is also used for zipping (although it isn't mentioned in the docs). https://www.chilkatsoft.com/refdoc/vcCkZipDoc.html#prop037
