Symmetric Serpent Algorithm Support

I am primarily interested in iOS/MAC support for the Serpent algorithm. Considering it was second to Rjindael for AES, I expected to find it in the list of supported algos, but it isn't there. Is there a plan to add this in the future?

Chilkat will have to consider it at a later date. I see there are no patent issues, so that is a big plus...
