Asking for download Chilkat 9.4 for PHP 5.5

Due to, actually I had used Chilkat Version 9.4.0 on PHP 5.3, Component "RSA Encryption". And I recently updated PHP to version 5.5.

But I found that an application which is using Chilkat .NET Component and Chilkat iOS Objective-C, these are not latest product and cannot compatible with Chilkat 9.5.0 on PHP.

I would like to ask if you have a download link of the Library for PHP 9.4.0 on PHP 5.5.
