Failed to read beginning of SSL/TLS record.

Hi! I got this error: Failed to read beginning of SSL/TLS record when trying to fetch file list in XML format.

I searched the web, the forum, but i couldn't find an answer.

Firewall problem? But don't know what's to solution. Here http://www.cknotes.com/ftp-auth-tls-ssl-problem-caused-by-firewall-restrictions/

The connection to FTP server is succesfull. Only commands of file list, upload, delete... give the error.
