a ton of [System Process] time_wait?

I am making the code send the 100 over request one time using CkHttp/proxy. first time it is working well. But when i see with the TCP viewer time to time, a ton of time_wait become. and the code aren't working after 4hours. How to i avoid [System Process] time_wait with CkHttp? Help me.
