CreateForward not forwarding attachments

I am using CreateForward to forward an email - this is working. Issue is that the attachment is not being forwarded. If this is the proper behavior I would appreciate a tip on how to forward the attachment the easiest. Best Regards fv

After more testing it seems to be sporadic. Sometimes is does (about 50% of the time). If this is not w known problem I will try to create a duplicatable situation.
