Problem with 32 bit/64 bit

I have a project and i use the Email Component. Locally(windows 7 64) i cannot get the 64 bit version working(i have target = any cpu. When i build in my server(Windows Server 2012 64)i cannot get the 32 bit working. I just want to not have to do this change every time i build my project.
