How to fetch the rest after FetchSingleHeader

When i'm calling FetchSingleHeader() function to check the headers. If the headers match some parameters from within my application I want to fetch the full email. Is there any way I'm able to fetch the rest of the email object so I don't have to re-download the headers as well?
