Our data center upgraded to Axway's Secure Transport 5.2 from 4.9. Now customers using our desktop application with Chilkat FTPS to send/receive files either only allows them to send and not receive or does neither. Other customers are fine, customers are either Windows 8 or 7 64 and 32 bit. The one constant in the problem is, these customers broke after the upgrade.
Unfortunately, you haven't provided any information that makes it possible to have any clue as to the source of the problem..
Your right! I really don't have much to go on, but thought I would post it here just to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue.
