email attach filename error

i use chilkat MailMan(Server.CreateObject("Chilkat.MailMan2")) in classic ASP

Sometimes, the changes are saved, the name of the attachment. Any Ideas how to fix this error?

E.g. "큐티폴상품기술서프리비아.ppt" -> "큐티폴상품기술서프�_�비아.ppt"
