Could not load Chilkatdotnet45.dll. The system cannot find the file specified

I am having a problem with this DLL.. I am using ChilkatDotNet45.dll with .NET 4.5 Framework, VS2012. It gives me this error, "Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet45, Version=9.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=eb5fc1fc52ef09bd' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

I have installed VC++2012 distributable package for both 32bit and 64bit. Could not get it to work. Please advise.
