If my boss purchases this on his credit card can I install it on my pc and be on the developer license? I will will be doing all of the coding for this project but my boss usually purchases any needed software.
Yes, this is typical and normal. The license is not tied to any particular machine. If you purchase a 1-Developer license, I'll expect to only get support email from one developer.
The named developer associated with a license is typically the 1st person that asks a developer question (typically by sending email to support@chilkatsoft.com) Once the developer is identified, it cannot change or be assigned to another developer.
