Question:

Yahoo strange problem

With Yahoo Mail, after i do "GetHeaders" i have to do quickly "GetFullEmail".

If i wait a few seconds, when i do "GetFullEmail" i get error.

This does not happen with Gmail or Hotmail, only i have found this problem with Yahoo mail.

any idea?

If you search google for "yahoo inactivity timeout", you'll get lots of results (unrelated to Chilkat), so I think it is a common problem with Yahoo's POP mail service.

Does the mailbox have a lot of messages?

Then with Outlook or similar mail software people have the same problem too.

I have 500 messages in yahoo. But in Hotmail with 30.000 messages work fine.

using IMAP instead POP3, could i solve this inactivity timeout problem?
