Acrobat 11 blocks load of ChilkatDotNet4 ?

A user reported the following problem. If Acrobat 11 is used subsequent attempts to use my software fail with: "Error 53: Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet4, Version=9.4.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=eb5fc1fc52ef09bd' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

Any explanation for this negative interaction between Acrobat 11 and Chilkat?
